While doing doctoral research at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Ms. Wang mainly focused on EU immigration law research, including both EU-level immigration directives and national laws related to immigration in various European countries. Based on this, Ms. Wang can select high-quality immigration projects for clients, so as to avoid legal risks, and achieve integrated solutions for investment, immigration and future business development.
Educational background:
From September 2011 to July 2014, Ms. Wang studied at the Department of European Studies of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, with a research focus on EU law, and received a doctorate in law.
From September 1997 to July 2000, Ms. Wang studied at the School of International Exchange of the University of International Business and Economics, with a research focus on American literature, and received a master’s degree in literature.
From September 1993 to July 1997, Ms. Wang studied at the Department of Foreign Trade related English of the University of International Business and Economics, and received a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Work Experience:
From June 2015 to date, Ms. Wang has been a full-time lawyer at Beijing Rayyin Law Firm, mainly responsible for immigration legal consulting. According to the client's business model, family background and degree of dependence on overseas identity, she tailors immigration plans for clients.
From September 2009 to May 2015, Ms. Wang was a full-time lawyer at Beijing Times Jiuhe Law Firm, providing legal consulting services to government departments and various enterprises and institutions. While serving as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Railways of China, Ms. Wang provided support for the "China High-speed Rail Going Global" project and made important contributions to the research on foreign investment laws in destination countries.
From April 2003 to August 2009, she worked as a freelance simultaneous interpreter (Chinese and English) for international conferences.
From August 2001 to March 2003, she worked as an English translator for the investment banking department of Deutsche Bank’s Beijing office.
From August 2000 to July 2001, she worked as an English translator for the President’s Office of China Minmetals Corporation.
